PHILIP CHENG — PRINCIPAL OPTOMETRIST
Dr Philip Cheng graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2003 and has an extensive 22 years of experience as an optometrist and contact lens practitioner in Melbourne. He is therapeutically endorsed to prescribe ophthalmic medicines to manage and treat a range of eye health conditions such as acute red eyes, infection, allergy, inflammation, glaucoma, myopia and dry eye.
Passionate about providing the very best eye care experience to all, Philip has a special interest in myopia management and orthokeratology. He is one of the best-known and respected myopia control practitioners in Australia. His vision for this clinic is to enhance people's lives through eye care and to give every child the opportunity for good vision and healthy eyes for life.
Philip has held the prestigious Fellowship of the International Academy of Orthokeratology & Myopia Control (FIAOMC) since 2020, the International Academy Certification in Myopia Management (IACMM), and is a board member of the Orthokeratology Society of Oceania.
Internationally-recognised for his expertise in the field of myopia management, Philip is a key opinion leader in the industry, a mentor for his peers, and is regularly invited to present lectures and author articles on myopia to educate practitioners around the world. He can consult in English and Cantonese.

JESSICA ATME — SENIOR OPTOMETRIST
Dr Jessica Atme is a therapeutically endorsed Doctor of Optometry (OD) from the University of Melbourne. She has received awards for her academic achievement and excellence in clinical care. With a postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Contact Lenses from the Australian College of Optometry, Jessica has a special interest in orthokeratology (OrthoK), scleral lenses and custom RGP contact lenses, and management of dry eye disease. Her skills and passion in paediatric vision care and myopia management means your child is in excellent hands with Jessica at our clinic. She is our senior associate optometrist consulting 4 days a week.
LORETTA LI — SENIOR OPTOMETRIST
Dr Loretta Li is a therapeutically endorsed optometrist, graduating from the University of Auckland with Honours in 2007. She has more than 18 years of experience in clinical optometry in Melbourne and Adelaide, with an interest in ocular disease, dry eye management and contact lenses. Loretta consults part-time in this clinic and has extensive knowledge and expertise in myopia management, particularly in the use and fitting of MiSight 1 day myopia control contact lenses. Loretta is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

In addition, our Contact Lens Team consists of highly experienced OrthoK and contact lens wearers who love working with children; they patiently and expertly teach our young patients to correctly use their OrthoK and contact lenses for the very first time.
